George began his insurance career in 1985, after graduating from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Economics. In 1991, he earned his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) degree from The American College. In 1999, he completed his Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) degree. George is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters.
